What Is / How To Use The Hit List 2.0

Step #1: Log in HERE

This is if not using the Mobile App.

(Both will look the same)

Step #2: Once Signed in you will see the following screen. Here you will click on the "Door" Icon in the Left Menu.

Hit List: This is going to be your top 4 Action Items that have to be completed by the end of the day to keep you on track with your target for the week. These will be the bigger actions or projects.

Step #4: Here you will see the "Hit List". You can drag items from your Hotlist to your Hit List to assign them to the current day.

Or you can open up the Hot List menu by clicking on the Hot list item. And select the Label of Hit.

Once the card has been labeled as a Hit item. You can click the three dots on the Card and select Move To: Hit List

Step #5: If you want to assign it to a different day, you can do so by clicking on the small calendar icon at the top right-hand corner of the Hit list Column. This opens the day selector. You can then select any day of the current week.

Step #6: Once you have completed the task on the Hit list item you can follow the same process to move the item from the Hit List to the Achieved Column.

Don't forget!!! Your keys from the door should be dragged over and should be part of your hits for the week. So if you want to be specific about it...you will have 16 hit cards and 4 keys to make up your 20 hits for the week.

(16 hits + 4 Keys = 20)

Spread out over 5 days of the week. 4 on each day.

(4 a day for 5 days. 4 x 5=20)

and then 1 point for the door card. (20+1=21)

That how to use the Hit List in the Door.
