How do I read my Stack Stats
Step #1: Log in HERE
This is if not using the Mobile App.
(Both will look the same)
Step #2: Once Signed in and go to the Stats page you will see the following "View"
Step #3: At the top you will see the week selector. This is where you select the week that you want to your numbers for.
Step #4: Click on the Stack header to switch tabs.
Step #5: Once you have selected the week you want to look at, you can choose what you compare it to. How are you doing compared to the Previous Week, an average of the last 4 weeks, the last year, and all of your time in Warrior? Simply click on the score you want to compare to. The numbers here represent your total number of stacks rather than just the 7 stacks from the Fit Score.
Step #6: Now that you have selected the Week and what you want to compare your scores to you can take a look at your first set of graphs. Here you can see your score for the week and the system will compare your week score to the average you selected in the Compare To.
you will see a green up arrow and a value if you are doing better than the Compare To value
or a red arrow and value if you are doing worse than the Compare To value
You will also see a green or red bar on the gauge chart showing improvement or loss.
Next to the gage chart, you will see a bar chart. This chart shows you your work based on the days of the week. The Thicker bars are the week you have selected, and the thin bars are the averages from the Compared to you selected. This allows you to see what days of the week you are stacking the most and what days you aren't.
Now sometimes you want to know how you track over time. How have I increased or decreased my efforts to do the work over time? How am I trending? You will have the option of looking at your trends on a line graph or a heat map.
Line Graph
Here you can see your score go up and down over a given time period. You can use the slider at the bottom to change, increase and decrease the time frame of the graph.
Heat Map
The heat map lets you see a daily weekly monthly and yearly all at once. Seeing red? Well, that's all the days when you didn't do a stack. Each box represents a day and shows your total stacks completed on that day. So the goal is no red in your ledger and as much light blue as possible.
