What If I Forget My Passcode

The Passcode feature is brand new, and the Dev team worked hard to get this higher level of security out to our members quickly. Because of this the process of manually resetting your Passcode if you forget it is not yet in place. If you are locked out of your app because you have forgotten your Passcode, please contact Customer Support and we will set a new code for you. 


Click the Contact Us Button you will find at the bottom of this screen to submit your issue to Customer Support.


Thank you for your patience while we implement this process in the app in the next couple of weeks. If you find you are continually forgetting your passcode, might I suggest turning off this feature.
