Using The Quick Chat

Step #1: Log in HERE

This feature is available only on Tablet and Desktop. 

Step #2: Once Signed in you will see the Dashboard screen, and in the right side of the screen you can see this pull out tab. 

By clicking on this tab you can open the pull out drawer and access the Quick Chat. 

Step 3: With the Quick Chat open you can now see all of the contacts that you chatted with most recently. By clicking on their name, or the Channel name, you can see your messages, view shared items, and respond to their messages. 

You will notice that in the quick chat you can only respond with Text. If you want more options you can click the dialog bubble in the top right hand corner and it will take you into the Chat and directly into that thread. 

To close the Quick Chat either click on the button you used to open it, or just click anywhere else in the app and the Quick Chat drawer will close.
