How To See New Chat Messages

Step #1: Log in HERE

This is if not using the Mobile App. 

(Both will look the same) 

Step #2: Once Signed in you will see the following screen. Here you will click on the "Chat" Icon in the Left Menu, This will take you to the Chat. 

Step #3 Check if you have any new chat messages. You will see a little red counter next to the Chat Icon if you

By clicking on the Chat Menu item it will open up the Chat Sub Menu.

Step #4: In the Chat Sub Menu you will see similar counters next to any DMs or Channels that have unread messages.

by clicking on the DM or Channel it will take you to the bottom of the Chat and Show the most recent chat messages.

If you are already in a DM or a Channel and new messages are sent to you, then you will see this notification show up at the top half of your screen.

by clicking on the new messages button it will automatically scroll you down to the first of the new messages you have received.

Step #5: If you are having issues getting all your notifications to clear you can always click on the Red Counter next to the DM or Channel and the option to "Mark As Read" will appear. By clicking on this all the notifications from that DM or Channel will be cleared.
