How Do I Mark A Message As Unread (10/18/2023)

Step #1: Log in HERE

This is if not using the Mobile App. 

(Both will look the same) 

Step #2: Once Signed in you will see the following screen. Here you will click on the "Chat" Icon in the Left Menu, This will take you to the Chat. 

Step #3: Now that you are in the CHAT app.

Step #4: Click on the message you want to mark as "Unread" and you will see a small popup tool tip with the option to Mark as Unread, Copy, React, Reply, Edit, Delete

Click on the small envelop image and the message will be marked as unread.
