How Do I Clear Chat Notifications

Step #1: Log in HERE

This is if not using the Mobile App. 

(Both will look the same) 

Step #2: Once Signed in you will see the following screen. Here you will click on the "Chat" Icon in the Left Menu, This will take you to the Chat. 

Step #3. This will take you to the Chat and you should see your CHAT menu on the left hand side with your list of DM's and Channels.

If you have unread notifications they will show up as a red circle with the number of notifications in the center.

You can clear these notifications in one of two ways.

1. Go into the Channel or DM and look at the messages that you missed.

2. Click on the red dot with the number of notifications in it. This will bring up the option to "Clear All"

This should help you to keep your notifications clear in the Chat.
