How To Complete A Generals Tent (2.0)
Step #1: Log in HERE
This is if not using the Mobile App.
(Both will look the same)
Step #2: Once Signed in you will see the following screen. Here you will click on the Game icon and you can start a General's Tent.
Step #3: You are now ready to start your Weekly Review through the Generals Tent.
There are 5 parts of your weekly review.
First review your Impossible Game in this domain. Click the radial buttons next to each of the Impossible Games that you have completed, and then click the buttons to "Mark as On Track" or "Mark as Off Track.
Review your Monthly Mission in this Domain. Click the radial buttons next to each of the Monthly Mission that you have completed, and then click the buttons to "Mark as On Track" or "Mark as Off Track.
You can also input data for your "one main measurable" in that domain by clicking on
Now review your Weekly War. The Weekly War are 4 actions you are going to take this week to move you forward in achieving your Impossible Game and Monthly Mission. These correspond to cards in the Door. To complete them follow the normal process of completing your Hit List or Do List in the Door.

If all Door cards have been moved to Done or Achieved it will look like this.
Now that you have reviewed your Impossible Game, Monthly Mission and Weekly War, you are ready to go through your return and review by doing a Tent Stack.
To start your tent stack click
The tent stack will ask you if you are on-track in that domain, how you feel about it and what actions you need to take in the next week.
You will then set 4 targets for the upcoming week which will become your new Weekly War.
Once you are done with the Tent Stack you can use the date selector at the top of the Generals Tent to move to next week and see your new Weekly War.
You have now completed reviewing this domain. Now repeat these actions on each of the 4 domains.
Your last step is to review your Warrior Fit Scores for the week. You can do this by clicking this button.
this will take you through a series of questions to review your actions in the Stack, Core and Door for the week you are reviewing.
complete the questionnaire for Stack, Core and Door..and you are done!
The completed Generals Tent will show Impossible Games checked off, Weekly War targets Achieved or Done, Tent Stack Done and Warrior Fit Completed.
